The Planning and Zoning Commission meeting and public hearing will be held at the Addison TreeHouse, 14681 Midway Road, Suite 200, Addison, Texas 75001 on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at 6 pm. Seating for the public will be available using CDC recommended social distancing measures. Telephonic or videoconferencing capabilities will be utilized to allow individuals to address the Commission. Consent Agenda:  All items listed under the Consent Agenda are considered routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion with no individual consideration. If individual consideration of an item is requested, it will be pulled from the Consent Agenda and discussed separately.
 
1.   Consider Action on the Minutes from the April 19, 2022 Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting.

2.   Hold a Public Hearing, Present, Discuss, and Consider Action on a Recommendation regarding an Ordinance Adopting a Development Plan for Block D of the Addison Grove Addition, including a Site Plan, Landscape Plan, Building Elevations and Floor Plans for 54 townhomes and one open space lot in an existing Planned Development District (PD), through Ordinance O16-003, located on approximately 2.08 acres at the Southwest Corner of Magnolia Street and Runyon Road, approximately 400 feet south of Belt Line Road. Case 1833-Z/Addison Grove, Block D.
 
3.   Present and Discuss the Draft Report for the Sam's Club Special Area Study.
