The Board of Zoning Adjustment will conduct a work session and regular meeting at the Addison Town Hall, 5300 Belt Line Road, Dallas, Texas, 75254 on Thursday, July 24, 2025 beginning at 5:30 PM. 1. Administer the Oath of Office to the Board of Zoning Adjustment members. 
 
2.   Conduct Training on Board of Zoning Adjustment and Board of Appeals Procedures and Best Practices.

1. Discuss and take action regarding the selection of a Chair and a Vice Chair for the Board of Zoning Adjustment. 
 
2.   Hold a public hearing, present, discuss, and consider action on a Variance for an encroachment into the side yard setback for the construction of an office and aviation hangar structure for a property located at 15500 Wright Brothers Drive. BZA25-01/15500 Wright Brothers Drive.

NOTE: The Board of Zoning Adjustment reserves the right to meet in Executive Session closed to the public at any time in the course of this meeting to discuss matters listed on the agenda, as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, including §551.071 (private consultation with the attorney for the City). Any decision held on such matters will be taken or conducted in Open Session following the conclusion of the Executive Session.
