Hold a public hearing, present, discuss, and consider action on a request to amend the permitted uses, development standards, and development plans for Planned Development (PD) Ordinance Nos. 085-093, 095-054, and 096-006, for a 12.22± acre property located at 16675 Addison Road, to allow for the conversion of an existing call center site to a multi-building office/warehouse development with associated site improvements.
