COMMISSION FINDINGS:
The Addison Planning and Zoning Commission, meeting virtually in regular session on September 15, 2020, voted to recommend approval of an ordinance changing the zoning on a 11.607 acre property located at the southwest corner of Dallas Parkway and Excel Parkway, from PD, Planned Development, to a new PD district in order to allow a senior living development of an 11-story, 294,325 square-foot, 217 dwelling-unit senior living facility, with the possibility to expand to 248 units, a 70,806 square-foot structured parking garage, and future office development, without conditions.
