Public hearing, discussion, and consideration of approval of an ordinance changing the zoning on property located at 4800 Keller Springs Road, which property is currently zoned PD – Planned Development, Ordinance 006-047, as amended by Ordinance 011-044, by amending the currently approved development plans to add carports to parking spaces located around the storm water detention area on the applicant’s property, on application from The Lofts at Addison Place, Ltd., represented by Mr. Erik Earnshaw of BGO Architects. COMMISSION FINDINGS: The Addison Planning and Zoning Commission, meeting in regular session on August 22, 2013, voted to recommend approval of an ordinance changing the zoning on property located at 4800 Keller Springs Road, which property is currently zoned PD – Planned Development, Ordinance 006-047, as amended by Ordinance 011-044, by amending the currently approved development plans to add carports to parking spaces located around the storm water detention area on the applicant’s property, on application from The Lofts at Addison Place, Ltd., represented by Mr. Erik Earnshaw of BGO Architects.
