Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the City Council of the Town of Addison, Texas may be in attendance at the Ceremonial Keg Tapping that officially launches the 2019 Addison Oktoberfest! The City Council will assemble on Thursday, September 19, 2019 at 7:50 pm outside the center entrance to the Paulaner Partyhalle tent within the Oktoberfest festival grounds located in Addison Circle Park, 4970 Addison Circle Drive. At precisely at 8:00 pm Mayor Joe Chow, with the assistance of Paulaner personnel, will tap the Ceremonial Keg to officially open the event. Town business, issues and items of general interest may be discussed, but no action will be taken. The specific topics to be discussed will be generally determined by the Mayor and audience members.
