Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the City Council of the Town of Addison, Texas may be in attendance at the Addison Groundbreaking of the "SILVER LINE" along DART's historic Cotton Belt Corridor on Thursday, September 19, 2019 at which time Town business, issues and items of general interest may be discussed, but no action will be taken.
