SPECIAL MEETING & WORK SESSION OF THE CITY COUNCIL FISCAL YEAR 2021 BUDGET August 6, 2020 @ 5:00 pm ADDISON TREEHOUSE 14681 Midway Road, Suite 200, Addison, TX 75001 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ORDER FROM THE OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR ISSUED MARCH 16, 2020, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF ADDISON, TEXAS, WILL CONDUCT A SPECIAL BUDGET MEETING ON AUGUST 6, 2020 AT 5:00 P.M. AT THE ADDISON TREEHOUSE, 14681 MIDWAY ROAD, STE. 200, ADDISON, TEXAS, 75001. IN ORDER TO ADVANCE THE PUBLIC HEALTH GOAL OF LIMITING FACE-TO-FACE MEETINGS (ALSO CALLED "SOCIAL DISTANCING") TO SLOW THE SPREAD OF THE CORONA VIRUS (COVID-19), THERE WILL BE LIMITED PUBLIC ACCESS TO THE LOCATION DESCRIBED ABOVE. THIS MEETING AND THE AGENDA PACKET ARE POSTED ONLINE. Notice is hereby given of a Special Meeting of the Town of Addison City Council, to be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 @ 5:00 p.m. at the Addison TreeHouse, 14681 Midway Road, Suite 200, Addison, Texas, 75001 for the purpose of considering the following agenda. The meeting will be live streamed on Addison's website at www.addisontexas.net.

Present, Discuss, and Consider Action on the Proposed Annual Budget for the Town of Addison for Fiscal Year 2021 (Beginning October 1, 2020 and Ending September 30, 2021), including but not limited to the General Fund, Utility Fund, Stormwater Fund, Airport Fund, Hotel Fund, Economic Development Fund, Information Technology Fund, Capital Replacement Fund, Infrastructure Investment Fund, and Long-Term Planning.
