ADDISON CITY COUNCIL AGENDA SPECIAL BUDGET MEETING Thursday, August 16, 2018 @ 4:00 pm Addison Treehouse 2nd Floor - Large Event Room 14681 Midway Road, Addison, Texas 75001 NOTICE is hereby given that the Addison City Council will hold a Budget Workshop Meeting on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at 4:00 pm. at the Addison TreeHouse, 14681 Midway Road, Addison, TX 75001. The proposed FY 2018-19 Budget will be presented and discussed. A second meeting has been scheduled to discuss the Budget on Friday, August 17 if needed.


SPECIAL MEETING Call Meeting to Order

	1.	Present, Discuss, and Consider Action on the Proposed Annual Budget for the Town of Addison for Fiscal Year 2018-2019 (Beginning October 1, 2018 and Ending September 30, 2019), including but not limited to the General Fund, Utility Fund, Stormwater Fund, Airport Fund, Hotel Fund, Economic Development Fund, Information Technology Fund, Capital Replacement Fund, Infrastructure Investment Fund, Capital Improvement Program Budget and Long-Term Planning.

NOTE: The City Council reserves the right to meet in Executive Session closed to the public at any time in the course of this meeting to discuss matters listed on the agenda, as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, including §551.071 (private consultation with the attorney for the City); §551.072 (purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property); §551.074 (personnel or to hear complaints against personnel); §551.076 (deployment, or specific occasions for implementation of security personnel or devices); and §551.087 (economic development negotiations). Any decision held on such matters will be taken or conducted in Open Session following the conclusion of the Executive Session.
