Present And Discuss Council Liaison Opportunities and Appointments.

BACKGROUND:

Historically, a series of liaison assignments have been divided up between Council Members. These assignments are intended to provide a greater depth of understanding about the technical nature of certain community features, issues, or programs such as the Airport, Economic Development, or the Arbor Foundation. Once assigned, liaisons report back to the City Council with status reports regarding various projects and initiatives.

A descriptive list of the liaison assignments and the 2017-2018 appointments is attached.
