Discussion regarding items on the agenda for the March 19, 2024 Planning and Zoning Commission Regular Meeting: February 29, 2024 Joint City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting Minutes Special Use Permit request for Rodeo Goat (1908-SUP/14941 Midway Road) Planned Development amendment for One Addison Place (1912-Z/4900 Arapaho Road) Planned Development amendment for Vitruvian, Block 300 (1904-Z) Rezoning request for Addison Circle Station - Phase 1 Amendment (1910-Z) Development Plan amendment request for the office & parking structure at Addison Circle Station (1894-Z) Development Plan amendment request for the multifamily tower at Addison Circle Station (1895-Z)

	3.	Discuss Planning and Zoning Commission Purpose Statement.
