Notice is hereby given that the Addison City Council will conduct the Annual Town Meeting on Monday, April 15, 2019 beginning at 7:00 pm at the Addison Conference and Theatre Center, 15650 Addison Road, Addison, TX 75001. The Mayor and City Council will update Addison Citizens on current and future Town projects. This meeting may be viewed online on the Town's website addisontexas.net or on our PEG Channels - Channel 99 for AT&T subscribers, Channel 16 for Spectrum subscribers. No action will be taken. Subjects to be discussed include the following:

1. Welcome 2. Presentations Mayor Joe Chow Asset Management Plan; Adopt Belt Line 1.5 Beautification Master Plan; Citizen Survey Results; Amend Comprehensive Land Use Plan to Adopt Findings of Addison Circle Special Area Study; and Launched new Website Council Member Ivan Hughes Belt Line 1.5 Beautification Master Plan Implementation; Parks Master Plan; and Addison Circle Fountain Council Member Lori Ward Economic Development (ED) Strategic Plan Council Member Marlin Willesen Metrocrest Services, Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce; World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth; and Addison Arbor Foundation Council Member Guillermo Quintanilla Midway Road Reconstruction Deputy Mayor Pro-Tempore Tom Braun Bond Committee and Process Mayor Pro-Tempore Paul Walden License Plate Recognition (LPR) Pilot Program 3.
