Public hearing, discussion, and take action on a recommendation regarding an ordinance changing the zoning on property located at 4850 Belt Line Road, Suite 250 and Suite 100A, which property is currently zoned Planned Development (PD), through Ordinance 001-002, by approving a new Special Use Permit for a restaurant with the sale of alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption only, in order to allow an expansion in floor area.
