Present and Discuss the Planning and Zoning Commission Annual Report for 2018.

BACKGROUND:

In accordance with the Code of Ordinances - Appendix A - Zoning - Article XXIX - Section 19, the Planning and Zoning Commission must submit an annual progress report to the City Council. Commission Chair Kathryn Wheeler prepared the attached report for 2018, which was approved by the Commission unanimously at their meeting on January 15, 2019. Kathryn Wheeler will present the report to the City Council at the meeting.

Information only, no action required.
