AGENDA CAPTION:

Consider Action to Approve a Resolution of the City Council of the Town of Addison, Texas Approving the North Dallas County Water Supply Corporation Operating Fund Budget for the Fiscal Year Beginning October 1, 2019 and Ending September 30, 2020 and Providing an Effective Date.

BACKGROUND:

The North Dallas County Water Supply Corporation (NDCWSC) is a Texas non-profit corporation established in 1991 with the approval of the City Council of the City of Farmers Branch and the City Council of the Town of Addison. The purpose of the corporation, as set forth in Article Four of the Articles of Incorporation, is to furnish and provide sewer services to the cities of Farmers Branch and Addison, as well as to other towns and cities. This resolution approves the North Dallas County Water Supply Corporation Operating Fund Budget for Fiscal Year 2020.

RECOMMENDATION:

Administration recommends approval.
