Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the City Council of the Town of Addison, Texas may be in attendance at the 2019 Board & Commission Holiday Event on Monday, December 9, 2019 beginning at 5:30 pm at Town Hall, 5300 Belt Line Road, Dallas, Texas. This annual event is held in honor of those boards, commissions, and committee members who volunteered their services to the Town in 2019. This notice is provided for information only and does not constitute a meeting under the Texas Open Meetings Act (TOMA) as it is unrelated to the public business that is conducted City Council and any discussion of public business is incidental to the social function.
