Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the City Council of the Town of Addison, Texas will be in attendance at the Addison Arbor Foundation's Official Ribbon Cutting and Dedication Ceremony for the Spruill Dog Park sculpture "LET'S PLAY" on Saturday, December 15, 2018 beginning at 9:30 am.  Spruill Dog Park is located at 4936 Marcus Avenue, Addison, Texas.  This is a Social Function at which a quorum of the City Council and their Spouses will be in attendance along with the Sculptor, Donors and members of Addison Arbor Foundation.
