Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Town of Addison's City Council and their spouses may be in attendance at this Annual Holiday Event - the Vitruvian Lights Lighting Ceremony, 3966 Vitruvian Way, Addison, TX on Friday, November 29, 2019 beginning at 6:00 pm. This is a social function and any discussion of public business is incidental to this annual holiday celebration.
