Regular Agenda:
             
1. PUBLIC HEARING Case 1786-Z/Vitruvian West Phase II and III. Public hearing, discussion, and take action on a recommendation regarding a development plan for the development of Vitruvian West Phase II and III, including site plan, landscape plan, building elevations, and floor plans for 767 multifamily units, including amenities, on a 6.854 acre property in an existing Planned Development district (PD O07-034 as amended by O16-017), generally located on the northeast corner of Marsh Lane and Vitruvian Way, and approving waivers to construction materials.
  Discussion: Olga Chernomorets, Senior Planner for Development Services, presented the Staff Report.

Elizabeth Likovich, representing UDR, presented the proposal and answered question from the Commission regarding unit sizes and pricing, LEED certification, resident demographics, and quality and consistency of the development in the context of Vitruvian Park.

Chair Kathryn Wheeler opened the meeting as a public hearing.

Public Hearing: There were no speakers on this item.

Chair Kathryn Wheeler closed the public hearing.

Commissioner Souers inquired whether the standards required for Phases II and III are the same as those that were required for Phase I. Olga Chernomorets confirmed that the requirements are the same for all phases of Vitruvian West.

Motion: Recommend approval of the proposed Development Plans with the requested waiver, subject to no conditions.

2. PUBLIC HEARING Case 1785-Z/Town of Addison. Public hearing, discussion, and take action on a recommendation regarding an ordinance amending Article XX, Special Uses, item (39) Microbrewery, and Article XXX, Definitions, by revising the definition of Microbrewery.
  Discussion: Olga Chernomorets, Senior Planner for Development Services, presented the Staff Report.

Chair Kathryn Wheeler opened the meeting as a public hearing.

Public Hearing: There were one speaker in support of this item. Matt Ehinger, president and founder of the Bitter Sisters Brewing Company, located at 15103 Surveyor Boulevard, answered questions from the Commission.

Chair Kathryn Wheeler closed the public hearing.

Motion: Recommend approval of the proposed text amendment subject to the no conditions.
