AGENDA CAPTION:

Consider Action to Approve the Location for the Powder-Coated Steel and Cable Sculpture Within the Public Art Easement in the AMLI Development and Authorize the City Manager to Execute the Agreement.

BACKGROUND:

The Addison Arbor Foundation presented a proposed sculpture to Council during the work session. This agenda item is to take action to approve placing the art in the public art easement in the AMLI Development. The sculpture and installation are funded by a donation from AMLI Development.

RECOMMENDATION:

Administration recommends approval.
