Call Meeting to Order

1.					Discussion items on the agenda for the January 12, 2023 Planning and Zoning Commission Annual Organizational Meeting, include: Administer the Oath of Office to newly appointed Planning and Zoning Commission members. Discuss the election of a Chair and Vice Chair for the Planning and Zoning Commission. Present and discuss the 2023 Planning and Zoning Commission Calendar. Present and discuss potential updates to the Planning and Zoning Commission administrative procedures. Present and discuss the Town's Tree Mitigation Policy and Procedures. Conduct Planning and Zoning Commission Legal Training. Present and discuss an update on Special Area Study Implementation status. Present and discuss the DRAFT 2022 Planning and Zoning Commission Annual Report. Present and discuss the 2023 Planning and Development Work Plan.
