Staff Report:

On November 20, 2018, the Town's Zoning Administrator informed Mr. Thomas Hoang, owner of Ice Sushi Lounge, LLC, of staff's decision to deny a request for a certificate of occupancy for his business located at 4080 Belt Line Road. Pursuant to the Addison Code of Ordinances, Appendix A, Article XXIV, Section 2. - Appeals, Mr. Hoang has appealed staff's determination to the Board of Adjustment.
