Present and Discuss the Citizen Survey Results.
BACKGROUND:
In April 2018, Addison engaged ETC Institute to complete a citizen satisfaction survey, the first the Town has done in 10 years.  The goal of the survey was to assess resident satisfaction with the delivery of major services and to help determine priorities for the community as part of the Town’s ongoing planning process.  The survey was administered by mail and internet to a random sample of 407 residents. Addison rated significantly higher than both the state and national average (5% or more above) in 54 of the 56 areas that were assessed.  The overall results of the survey have a precision of at least +/- 4.8% at the 95% level of confidence.
RECOMMENDATION:
Information only, no action required.
