Code, to conduct a private consultation with its attorney on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551, Tex. Gov. Code regarding: The Board's role and procedures in an appeal from an administrative decision

	3.	Present, discuss and take action on an appeal by Mr. Thomas Hoang, owner of Ice Sushi Lounge, LLC, of an administration determination to deny a certificate of occupancy for the property located at 4080 Belt Line Road. Swear in witnesses Take testimony Deliberate Take action
