The Board of Zoning Adjustment will conduct a work session and regular meeting at the Addison TreeHouse, 14681 Midway Road, Suite 200, Addison, Texas, 75001 on Wednesday, June 29, 2022. Seating for the public will be available using CDC recommended social distancing measures. Telephonic or videoconferencing capabilities will be utilized to allow individuals to address the Board. 	1.	Conduct Training on Board of Zoning Adjustment and Board of Appeals Procedures and Best Practices.

REGULAR MEETING

	1.	Administer the Oath of Office to the Board of Zoning Adjustment members.

	2.	Discuss and take action regarding the selection of a Vice Chair for the Board of Zoning Adjustment.

	3.	Hold a Public Hearing, Present, Discuss, and Consider Action on a Variance for an encroachment into the rear and side yard setbacks for the construction of an accessory structure for a property located at 14913 Bellbrook Drive. BZA-070/14913 Bellbrook Drive.

	4.	Hold a Public Hearing, Present, Discuss, and Consider Action on a Variance for an encroachment into the side yard setback for the construction of an accessory structure for a property located at 14905 Lake Forest Drive. BZA-071/14905 Lake Forest Drive.
