					Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the City Council and Planning & Zoning Commission of the Town of Addison, Texas may be in attendance at the Addison Conference Centre for the combined 'Employee Annual Bar-B-Q and Merit Luncheon'. The Human Resources Department presents this event to honor and recognize Town Employees. This is a social event only at which time Town business and issues of general interest may be discussed, but no action will be taken. The specific topics to be discussed will be generally determined by audience members.
