ADDENDUM TO AGENDA OF PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AGENDA TUESDAY, MARCH 16, 2021 6:00 P.M. ADDISON TOWN HALL 5300 BELT LINE ROAD, DALLAS, TX 75254


Notice is hereby given of a Regular meeting of the Addison Planning & Zoning Commission, to be held on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at 6:00 pm, at the Addison Town Hall, 5300 Belt Line Road, Dallas, Texas for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. The Town will utilize telephone or videoconference for public meetings to facility public participation to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 by avoiding meetings that bring people into a group setting. The following items are hereby added to the previously posted agenda for the Regular Planning & Zoning Meeting on March 16, 2021 (amendment is shown bold and underlined): 1. Discuss and take action regarding the selection of a Chairman and Vice Chairmen for the Planning & Zoning Commission for a term of one (1) year ending on December 31, 2021. 10. Administer the Oath of Office to newly appointed Planning & Zoning Commission Member(s).

NOTE: The Planning & Zoning Commission reserves the right to meet in Executive Session closed to the public at any time in the course of this meeting to discuss matters listed on the agenda, as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, including §551.071 (private consultation with the attorney for the City). Any decision held on such matters will be taken or conducted in Open Session following the conclusion of the Executive Session.
