The Planning and Zoning Commission WORK SESSION will be held at the Addison TreeHouse, 14681 Midway Road, Suite 200, Addison, Texas 75001 on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at 5:30 PM. Seating for the public will be available using CDC recommended social distancing measures. 	2.	Discuss potential dates in January to hold the annual organizational meeting for the Commission.

Discussion regarding items on the agenda for the December 21, 2021 Planning and Zoning Commission Regular Meeting, including: November 16 and December 7, 2021 Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting Minutes SUP for 5294 Belt Line Road, Suite 110 - La La Land Kind Cafe (1845-SUP) PD Text Amendment for Medical Office Use at the Southeast Corner of Belt Line Road and Montfort Drive - Prestonwood Place (1844-Z) Replat and Final Plat, Block D of the Vitruvian Park Addition (R2021-02)
