PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION WORK SESSION WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 2023 ADDISON CONFERENCE CENTER 15650 ADDISON ROAD, ADDISON, TX 75001 5:00 P.M. WORK SESSION The Planning and Zoning Commission WORK SESSION will be held at the Addison Conference Center, 15650 Addison Road, Addison, Texas 75001 on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at 5:00 PM. Call Meeting to Order

EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Addison Planning and Zoning Commission will convene into closed, executive session pursuant to: Section 551.071 Consultations with Attorney, Tex. Gov. Code, Consultation with City Attorney to seek advice of its attorney: (2) on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Tex. Gov. Code: Legal matters related to request for a Special Use Permit (SUP) to allow a Religious Institution on 1.28± Acres located at the northwest corner of Celestial Road and Winnwood Road (5555 Celestial Road), that is currently zoned Planned Development (PD), through Ordinance No. O91-038. Case 1901-SUP/5555 Celestial Road (White Rock Chapel).

	1.	Status update on recent Planning and Zoning Commission cases and planning policy items.

	2.	Discussion regarding items on the agenda for the November 15, 2023 Planning and Zoning Commission Regular Meeting: October 17, 2023 Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting Minutes Special Use Permit for Career Discovery Academy (1899-SUP/14665 Midway Road, Suite 155) Special Use Permit for McDonald's (1902-SUP/3795 Belt Line Road) Special Use Permit for White Rock Chapel (1901-SUP/5555 Celestial Road)
