| Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the City Council of the Town of Addison, Texas may be in attendance at the Parks and Recreation Department's Ribbon Cuttings, Grand Reopening and Open House scheduled for Tuesday, October 11, 2022. The schedule of events is as follows: (1) 10:00 AM - LES LACS PARK - Ribbon Cutting at the Pickleball Courts then unveiling of the plaque for the Public Art Sculpture "Chacoan" at 3901 Beltway Drive. Members of the Addison Arbor Foundation will be assisting with this unveiling; and (2) 10:30 AM - ADDISON ATHLETIC CLUB (AAC) - 3900 Beltline Road, Ribbon Cutting at the AAC, celebrating reopening - renovations are complete and open for business as usual.
Light refreshments will be served at the ACC. Throughout the week of October 10-14, AAC Staff will be handing out swag and goodies to celebrate the ACC re-opening. This is a Social Event at which time Town business and issues of general interest may be discussed, but no action will be taken.
