Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the City Council of the Town of Addison, Texas may be in attendance at the Addison Police Department's Promotional Ceremony on Friday, January 26, 2024 at 3:00pm. The following APD personnel will be honored at this event: 

PROMOTIONS: Captain TJ Smetzer, Lieutenant Cole Helton, and Sergeant Jared Phillips
