JOINT MEETING The Addison City Council, Planning & Zoning Commission, and Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee joint meeting will convene in the Council Chambers beginning at 6:00 P.M.

Call Addison City Council, Planning & Zoning Commission, and Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee Joint Meeting to Order and Announce that a Quorum is Present: Mayor Bruce Arfsten - City Council Chair Denise Fansler - Planning & Zoning Commission Chair Susan Halpern - COmprehensive Plan Advisory Committee

Pledge of Allegiance. United States and Texas Flags

	1.	Present and discuss a progress update on the Advance Addison 2050 Comprehensive Plan.

	2.	Conduct interactive activities, discuss, and share feedback on Town values, assets, aspirations, and decision-making principles.

	3.	Present and discuss the Advance Addison 2050 Comprehensive Plan "Meeting in a Box" community engagement tool.

Citizen Comments: At this time citizens will be allowed to speak on any matter other than personnel matters under litigation, for a length of time not to exceed three minutes. No action or discussion may take place on any matter until such matter has been placed on an agenda and posted in accordance with law. Adjourn Meeting

Any decision held on such matters will be taken or conducted in Open Session following the conclusion of the Executive Session.
