AGENDA CAPTION:

Present, discuss, and consider action on a Resolution accepting the resignation of Planning & Zoning Commission Place 3 and nominating a new commissioner for a term ending on December 31, 2024.

BACKGROUND:

Board of Zoning Adjustments memberr, Tyler Sommers, tendered his resignation in March 2024 vacating Place 5 on the Board. Because of this, the Council will need to appoint a new member to fill the unexpired term. Tyler Sommers was last nominated by Council Member Marlin Willesen in December 2023. As such, Council Member Willesen will make a nomination to fill the unexpired term for Place 5.

RECOMMENDATION:

Administration recommends approval.
