BACKGROUND:

The Addison Planning and Zoning Commission, meeting in regular session on November 15, 2023, voted to recommend approval of a request for a Special Use Permit (SUP) to allow an educational institution for property located at 14665 Midway Road, Suite 155, that is currently zoned Local Retail (LR).
