AGENDA CAPTION:

Hold a public hearing, present, discuss, and consider action on a request to amend Special Use Permit (SUP), Ordinance No. 097-044, for property located at 3795 Belt Line Road, that is currently zoned Planned Development (PD), to allow modifications to the development plan. Case 1902-SUP/3795 Belt Line Road (McDonald’s).

BACKGROUND:
The Addison Planning and Zoning Commission, meeting in regular session on November 15, 2023, voted to recommend approval of a request to amend Special Use Permit (SUP), Ordinance No. 097-044, for property located at 3795 Belt Line Road, which is currently zoned Planned Development (PD), via Ordinance Nos. 092-037 and 098-049, to allow modifications to the development plan.
