AGENDA CAPTION:

Present and discuss the Airport Quarterly Report for the Fiscal Year 2023 (FY23) fourth quarter which ended September 30, 2023.

BACKGROUND:

The purpose of this item is to provide an overview of key Airport performance measures for the fourth quarter of FY23, which ended on September 30, 2023. The report presents data on revenue, fuel flowage, and aircraft operations (take-offs and landings), including international operations. Results for the full FY23 are also presented.

Highlights from the fourth quarter include:

Receipt of bids and contract award for the Taxiway Bravo extension, phase 1 construction project;
Commencement of construction on the Sky Squared hangar project;
Commencement of demolition and site preparation work on the Sky Harbour Phase 1 hangar construction project; and
Coordinating utility relocations for Jimmy Doolittle Drive reconstruction project.

Highlights from the full-year FY23 results include:

Total FY23 revenue exceeded $7 million;
Total annual operations of 119,064 including 45,058 instrument operations (37.8% of the total);
Total annual fuel flowage of 8,381,147 gallons (91.3% Jet-A, 8.7% AvGas); and
602 international arrivals cleared by U.S. Customs
