AGENDA CAPTION:

Hold a public hearing, present, discuss, and consider action on a request to amend Special Use Permit (SUP), Ordinance No. O13-051, for property located at 4875 Belt Line Road, that is currently zoned Commercial-2 (C-2), to allow modifications to the development plan. Case 1892-SUP/4875 Belt Line Road (Home2 Suites).

BACKGROUND:
The Addison Planning and Zoning Commission, meeting in regular session on October 17, 2023, voted to recommend approval of a request to amend Special Use Permit (SUP), Ordinance No. O13-051, for property located at 4875 Belt Line Road, which is currently zoned Commercial-2 (C-2), to allow modifications to the development plan.
