Present, Discuss, and Consider Action on the 2022 Planning and Zoning Commission Annual Report. 

In the first quarter of each calendar year, The Commission is required by its adopted Rules, Regulations, and Procedures to submit its annual progress report for City Council review. Prior to the Chair of the Commission delivering this report to City Council, staff requests Commission feedback on the proposed content and any Commission goals for 2023. Staff will include those goals in the final report that the Chair will present to the City Council. 

Staff recommends approval of the 2022 Planning and Zoning Commission Annual Report with the inclusion of any 2023 goals identified by the Commission.
