Staff recommends approval of the site plan, subject to the following condition: 

1.    A fire lane access easement must be provided across the adjacent Wingstop Corporate Office site, at 15505 Wright Brother Drive, from the proposed site access point on the east property line to a public right-of-way, prior to the issuance of a building permit.
