The Planning and Zoning Commission WORK SESSION will be held at the Addison Treehouse, 14681 Midway Road, Suite 200, Addison, Texas 75001 on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at 5:00 PM. 1.   Status update on recent Planning and Zoning Commission cases and planning policy items.
 
2.   Discussion regarding items on the agenda for the September 20, 2022 Planning and Zoning Commission Regular Meeting:
 
  • September 20, 2022 Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting Minutes.
  • Replat approval for Lot C-R, Block 1 of the Oaks North-West No. 2 Addition (R2022-03/14999 Montfort Drive).
  • Special Use Permit request for Ambrosia Cafe (1849-SUP/15375 Addison Road).
  • Special Use Permit for Jeremiah's Italian Ice (1855-SUP/14380 Marsh Lane, Suite 100). 
  • Development Plan approval for Addison Reserve Townhomes (1856-Z/4150 Beltway Drive). 
  • Special Use Permit approval for Buttermilk Biscuits Brunch House (1858-SUP/14380 Marsh Lane, Suite 160). 
  • Planned Development Amendment request for Precision Set (1861-Z/16650 Westgrove Drive).
  • Planned Development Amendment request for 18 Runyon Road (1862-Z/18 Runyon Road).
  • Planned Development Amendment request for Nate's Seafood & Steakhouse (1863-Z/14951 Midway Road).
