The Planning and Zoning Commission WORK SESSION will be held at the Addison Treehouse, 14681 Midway Road, Suite 200, Addison, Texas 75001 on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at 5:00 PM. Replat approval for Lot C-R, Block 1 of the Oaks North-West No. 2 Addition (R2022-03/14999 Montfort Drive). Special Use Permit request for Ambrosia Cafe (1849-SUP/15375 Addison Road). Special Use Permit for Jeremiah's Italian Ice (1855-SUP/14380 Marsh Lane, Suite 100). Development Plan approval for Addison Reserve Townhomes (1856-Z/4150 Beltway Drive). Special Use Permit approval for Buttermilk Biscuits Brunch House (1858-SUP/14380 Marsh Lane, Suite 160). Planned Development Amendment request for Precision Set (1861-Z/16650 Westgrove Drive). Planned Development Amendment request for 18 Runyon Road (1862-Z/18 Runyon Road). Planned Development Amendment request for Nate's Seafood & Steakhouse (1863-Z/14951 Midway Road).
