BACKGROUND:

The minutes for the June 17, 2021 Special Joint Meeting of the City Council and Planning & Zoning Commission have been prepared for consideration of the Planning & Zoning Commission. The City Council took action to approve the minutes at their August 10, 2021 meeting.

RECOMMENDATION:

Administration recommends approval.
