Present and Discuss the Planning and Zoning Commission Annual Report for 2020.

BACKGROUND:

In accordance with the Code of Ordinances - Appendix A - Zoning - Article XXIX - Section 19, the Planning and Zoning Commission must submit an annual progress report to the City Council. Staff and the previous Commission Chair Kathryn Wheeler prepared the attached report, which was approved by the Commission unanimously at their meeting on March 16, 2021. Current Commission Chair, Eileen Resnik, will present the report.

Information only, no action required.
