AGENDA CAPTION:

Present, Discuss, and Consider Action on a Resolution to Amend to the Public Art Policy.

BACKGROUND:

At the July 14, 2020 Council meeting, staff made a presentation to Council which included proposed updates to the Naming and Recognition Policy and the Public Art Policy. Updates to the Public Art Policy policy were proposed to better align with modifications made to Naming and Recognition Policy regarding the how donations are recognized. Staff is bringing before Council for consideration revisions to the Public Art Policy. A redline version of the policy, which reflects the proposed changes, has been provided. Minor formatting changes have not been included in the redline version.

RECOMMENDATION:

Administration recommends approval.
